MICE is our forte

More than a venue. More than an itinerary.

Good corporate programmes balance people, purpose, experience and logistics. We take care of all four, without losing sight of the details that make them work.

A person holding up a sad face and a happy face drawing
Hands working on a laptop
A person sketching a network of people and connections

Make your next corporate meeting a cut above the rest.

You have objectives, budgets, deadlines and people to look after. We listen first, ask the useful questions and build a plan around what the programme needs to achieve. Then we stay involved, from early planning to the last departure.

01

Meetings & Conferences

Strategy meetings, annual conferences, sales meets and leadership offsites. We bring the venue, movement, technical production, hospitality and programme details together in one plan.

02

Incentive Programmes

When people have delivered something exceptional, the reward should acknowledge it. We design incentive journeys and recognition programmes around the audience, the destination and the occasion.

03

Corporate Events & Awards

An awards night, an anniversary, a gala evening or a company celebration. The experience matters, but so do the timing, backstage operations and the way every guest is looked after.

04

Product Launches & Brand Experiences

From the first reveal to the final cue, launches need creative thinking and disciplined execution. We handle the moving pieces across venue, production, vendors, travel and guest experience.

05

Team Building & Offsites

A change of setting can change a conversation. We plan purposeful offsites and team experiences that give people time to connect, think and participate.

06

Group Travel & On-Ground Logistics

Flights, rooms, transfers, schedules, guest communication and the inevitable last-minute adjustment. Sometimes the most important work is what guests never have to notice.

MICE is an opportunity to enhance your brand values.

And an experienced, efficient team makes a big difference.

Some interesting projects

Every brief has a story.

These are a few moments when the planning behind the scenes really mattered.

Andaman Islands, October 2026 | Corporate Incentive & Recognition

930 guests. Fourteen hotels. One island destination.

Nine hundred and thirty guests. Fourteen hotels. Two batches. And a destination where getting from one experience to another can involve more than simply boarding a coach.

Triumph Summit 2026 in the Andaman Islands was the kind of programme where the destination’s beauty came with its own logistical demands.

WNY coordinated accommodation across fourteen hotels, airport movements, sightseeing programmes, island excursions and a major gala and awards evening at Jalsa.

For approximately 200 senior managers, the experience also included a specially organised chartered ferry excursion to Havelock Island, with a visit to Radhanagar Beach.

With guests divided across hotels and batches, the real challenge was keeping different movements, timings and activities connected to one overall programme.

Goa | Industry Conference

Many voices. One conversation.

Bringing together participants from different parts of an industry requires more than booking a conference hall.

ThinkAg brought corporate advisers, agritech businesses and sector stakeholders onto a common platform for presentations, discussion and knowledge exchange.

The programme needed to support both the conference proceedings and the practical requirements of people arriving to participate.

WNY managed delegate registration, attendance coordination, hotel bookings and reservations, along with event arrangements and on-ground support.

In a conference involving different organisations and stakeholder groups, these seemingly separate responsibilities are connected. Registration influences attendance planning. Accommodation arrangements affect arrivals. Event schedules depend on participants knowing where they need to be and when.

The objective was to keep the administration organised so that the conversations, presentations and interactions could take centre stage.

Because at a knowledge-led conference, the most important thing in the room should be the ideas.

Agra, May 2025 | Product launch & partner meet

A product launch with 350 people to engage.

A product launch has to do two jobs.

It must introduce something new, and it must give the people in the room a reason to engage with it.

For IPL Biologicals, WNY worked on a national channel-partner programme bringing together more than 350 participants in Agra.

The event combined the formal product launch with conference-style presentations and engagement activities.

That combination called for a programme where the product remained the central message without losing the attention of the wider partner audience.

The event experience had to accommodate both structured business communication and the more celebratory energy of a product unveiling.

WNY brought these requirements together in one programme, supported by event production and a presentation environment designed around the brand and its partners.

The photographs show the visible result. The thinking behind it was about ensuring the launch was more than a moment on stage.

Dehradun, July 2025 | Rewards & Recognition

Six months of achievement. One celebration worthy of it.

Sometimes a recognition event has a bigger story behind it than the awards being presented.

For this RBL Bank programme, the sales team had achieved in six months what had originally been envisioned as a year-long milestone.

The celebration needed to reflect that achievement.

WNY developed a recognition experience for approximately 250 participants, drawing on the character of the destination rather than relying on a conventional corporate awards format.

A Pahadi-inspired theme ran through the event, supported by more than twenty themed creative elements across the programme and gala dinner.

The experience also involved customised traditional attire, welcoming arrangements, stage and event design, and a specially created film celebrating the group’s journey.

The challenge was bringing all these elements into one coherent experience, where the regional theme, recognition and corporate identity complemented one another.

It wasn’t simply about gathering the award winners in a ballroom.

It was about giving a significant achievement a celebration with its own identity.

Siliguri, October 2024 | Sales Meet & Recognition

A sales celebration with a sense of place.

A corporate celebration in Siliguri presented an opportunity to do something more interesting than transport a familiar ballroom format to another city.

WNY built the programme around the cultural character of West Bengal and the North-East.

For approximately 250 participants, the experience combined recognition with distinctive destination-inspired details.

Traditional clothing, customised kurtas, dhotis and caps helped establish the event’s visual identity. Purpose-designed installations and backdrops carried the theme through the venue.

The programme also included high tea in a tea garden, a live band performing in a greenhouse setting and an energetic DJ evening.

Each element needed to feel part of the same celebration, rather than a collection of unrelated activities.

That meant thinking about the destination, the guest experience and the visual identity together, while coordinating accommodation, transport, check-ins, event spaces and individual programme elements.

The result was a sales gathering whose setting became part of the story.

Our strengths. Unlimited possibilities.

01

Ideas that fit the brief.

No two organisations are exactly alike. We don’t assume their events should be either.

02

Planning that survives contact with reality.

The schedule is important. The alternatives are important too.

03

People who know what they’re doing.

We work with experienced teams and destination partners, and we stay close to the detail.

04

Useful technology, when it helps.

Clear itineraries, guest information and timely communication can make a complicated programme easier to navigate.
