WNY Holidays Pvt Ltd offers travel services like 

Hotel bookings 
Air 
Train tickets 
Holiday packages in India and Abroad
Since all these services are provided by other companies, our return policy is subject to the return policy of the hotels, airlines, train operators and other service providers.

Service charges 
Any service charges levied by WNY Holidays Pvt Ltd towards any travel bookings are are non returnable 

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds of any travel bookings are totally linked to the terms and conditions of the bookings as mentioned on the confirmation vouchers issued to the customers or are governed by the service providers like Hotels, Airlines or tour operators. If the services are eligible for a  refund, we will pass in on to the customer without any deduction, surcharge, fee or penalties.  

Refund Timeframe:
Once the concerned service provider (hotel, airline, train operator, or tour operator) confirms and processes the refund from their side, WNY Holidays Pvt Ltd will initiate the refund to you within 5 business days.

Please note that the actual credit to your bank account or card may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing timelines, which can range between 3–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes or alterations in the bookings(if applicable)
Any change of dates or itinerary or travel plan are subject to the policies of the hotels, airlines and tour operators. WNY Holidays Pvt Ltd does not apply any surcharges or alteration fee in such cases.  You need to send us an email at info@wnyholidays.in.
