• Travel from your home city to the designated International airport for boarding the flight to Tokyo.
• Your ticket, Visa and Insurance have already been shared with you . You can also download your travel insurance from our weblink.

             FOR BATCH 1 (Kolkata) + BATCH 2 (Delhi)

• Arrive at  Tokyo Haneda Airport T3 
• Meet the guide after clearing immigration and customs. Proceed to board the bus to Hotel Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay.
• Stop en-route for breakfast and then proceed to the Hotel.
• Check-in to the hotel as per the hotel policy and availability of rooms. (Please note there are no guaranteed early check-ins.)
  
  BATCH 3 (Bangalore, Kochi & Hyderabad) + BATCH 4 (Chennai)

• Batch 3 shall land at Narita Airport T1 and proceed to Terminal 2 at Narita to join Batch 4 arrivals. Both batches will then proceed to board the bus together.
• Stop en-route for breakfast and then proceed to the Hotel.
• Hotel check-in is subject to hotel norms and there are no guaranteed early check-in.
• Time to relax at the hotel

• 12:30 P.M – Assemble at the lobby to proceed for lunch at an Indian restaurant
• 12:45 PM – Batch 1,2, 3 and 4 will depart for Lunch. The bus will depart from the level 1 lobby (where it dropped you off at the time of arrival) at sharp 12.45 PM . Please be on time to avoid inconvenience to your fellow travellers.

• Lunch at Indian Restaurant
• 3:15 PM – After Lunch proceed to Ginza area to explore / shopping.
• 5:20 PM – Report to the meeting point and proceed to Tokyo Tower (the meeting point shall be informed to you by the bus guides)

• 6:00 PM – Arrival at Tokyo Tower (for Batch 1,2,3 and 4)

  BATCH 5, (Mumbai)

•  Arrive at Narita Airport T1, meet the guide  and proceed to the hotel.

• A lunch pack will be handed over to everyone at hotel.
• 5:15 PM    –   Batch 5 to assemble in the lobby to board the bus (from level 1)  to proceed to Tokyo Tower

• 6:00 PM– Visit Tokyo Tower
• 7:30 PM – The entire team (all batches) to proceed for Dinner at Spice Lounge. an Indian restaurant located in the trendy Tennōzu Isle Area in Shinagawa.
• 9:20 PM – Post-dinner transfer to hotel
• Overnight stay at the hotel

A VISIT TO ASAKUSA

• Asakusa is a historic neighbourhood known for its unique blend of traditional and modern cultures.
• We shall also be visiting the iconic Sensoji Temple and its imposing Kaminarimon Gate.

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• 8:40 AM – Assemble at the lobby to leave for the sightseeing.
  (Please be on time as a slight delay will mean rushing away from some beautiful experiences) 
• Proceed to Asakusa Temple and Nakamise Street
• 9:30 AM – Arrive at the Asakusa Temple and Nakamise Street  (Please wear comfortable footwear as it is a pedestrian-only area so you will have to walk around during sightseeing)
• 11:00 AM -Proceed to Akihabara Market
• 11:30 AM– Get dropped at Akihabara and explore one of the most popular  districts for shopping in Tokyo.
• 1:00 PM -Assemble at the designated meeting point (our guides will share it with you) and proceed to Lunch
• 2:00 PM– The lunch is being organised at two different Indian restaurants. The designated coaches will go to each restaurant.  
• 3:00 PM– Transfer back to Hotel after lunch.
• Time to refresh

• 6:00 PM – A day with MDRT Japan followed by Dinner.  The event will end at 9.30  with a window of 30 minutes till the closure of the hall at sharp 10:00 PM  (as per the hotel policy).

MOUNT FUJI, HAKONE,  SHINKANSEN  AND MORE..

• This is an exciting day where we would go to Mount Fuji. The locals always mention it as ‘Fuji-San’ which is a very respectful way of addressing someone. 
• Since we would be mostly in open areas, the program is very weather-dependent. Let’s wish for a perfect day to enjoy this experience the most. So let’s start early as we will be travelling by road to over 150 km amidst some of the most picturesque landscapes and will be returning on the world-famous Bullet train. 

• 6.30 AM – 7.30 AM – Breakfast at the hotel.

• 7:30 AM Assemble at meeting point in the hotel lobby.
• Proceed to Mount Fuji and Hakone Sightseeing * 
• 11:00 AM– Visit to Mount Fuji 5th Station*. If the weather doesn’t permit, we have an equally exciting plan to visit Oshino Hakkai, a popular tourist destination near the base of Mount Fuji. It’s a small area that features traditional village houses, shops and watermills
  

• 12:00 PM – Proceed for Lunch
• 1:00-1:30 PM– Lunch at The  Bistro – an Indian Restaurant located next to the beautiful Ashi  lake.
• 2:15 PM– Proceed to Hakonemachi port

• 3:00 PM– Board the authentic Japanese style boar for a cruise on Lake Ashi from the port of  Hakone-machi  to Togendai port* 

• 3:25 PM – Deboard at Togendai port

• 4:00 PM -After the cruise, proceed to  Sinkansen station at Odawara.
• 5:00 PM– Arrive at Odawara station
• 5:40 PM – Board Bullet train  to Tokyo station (Standard Class)
• 6:18PM– Arrive at Tokyo Station and proceed to Dinner venue.
• 7:00 PM–  Reach Andhra Dining – a restaurant located in Shibuya city which is a vibrant hub that epitomizes the dynamic blend of traditional charm and modern innovation that Japan is renowned for.
• Post dinner, if we stick to our planned timing we will walk towards the bus via the famous Shibuya crossing along with the guide. (Please remember it is an extremely busy place with thousands of people, so please be with the group so that you dont miss boarding the bus)
  
• 8:30 PM – Board the bus to return to Hotel
• Stay overnight at the hotel.

  * These activities may be hindered in case of severe weather conditions, we will opt for other options in such a case. 

• 6:30 AM – Checkout and bring your luggage down to the lobby.
• Enjoy your breakfast
• Board the buses and transfer to Airport for the journey back to India with loads of good memories.
